Luke Bogacki Earns His Sixth National Event Win At The 2009 IHRA Mardi Gras Nationals On Mickey Thompson Tires

Stow, OH - Winning his sixth national event, Luke Bogacki earned a Quick Rod racing class win at the 2009 IHRA Mardi Gras Nationals, March 6-8 in Baton Rouge for the 2009 Nitro Jam season opener on Mickey Thompson ET Drag tires, #3185.

The IHRA Mardi Gras Nationals is a professional sportsman drag racing event hosted at the State Capitol Raceway track - the third longest continually running quarter-mile strip in the nation. The IHRA boasts the fastest Top Fuel Drag Racer’s in the world and fans at State Capitol Raceway typically see top speeds in excess of 320 miles per hour. Nowhere else can race fans see dragsters move this fast, and Bogacki was quick to acknowledge Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels as part of the winning combination.
