By submitting your content (including but not limited to images, videos, text, and/or other media) to MAX-TRAC TIRE CO., INC., DBA MICKEY THOMPSON TIRES AND WHEELS (“Mickey Thompson”) you (“USER”) hereby grant Mickey Thompson, its licensees, successors, and assigns, an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and perform the content in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that Mickey Thompson is under no obligation to provide compensation, acknowledgment, or credit for the content you submit and that no further compensation is due for the rights granted hereunder. You hereby waive any rights to inspect or approve any use of the content.

By submitting your content, you confirm, represent and warrant that You are the sole owner of the content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to grant the rights to the content as provided herein. You further confirm, represent and warrant that the content is not subject to any encumbrances, restrictions, or third-party claims, and that the use of the content by Mickey Thompson as described herein will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You further covenant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mickey Thompson from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of these representations.
